FLOWER TOWER

FLOWER TOWER

OPENING EXPO FRIDAY 10 NOV

Johan Moorman proudly presents his first solo show FLOWER TOWER at KEVN.

The Eindhoven-based artist is known for his imaginary architectural landscapes inspired by computer games or reality, but always infused with a dose of playfulness.

In this exhibition, Moorman unites the well-known with the uncharted, as he ventures into new artistic territory. He skilfully weaves together the contrasting elements of nature and architecture, where the interplay of linear lines and organic forms takes center stage.

As buildings keep rising from the ground, so do vibrant flowers and plants, illustrating the harmonious blend of these opposing forces.Moorman’s horizon expand beyond the conventional with a diverse array of mediums.

Expect spray-painted canvases, laser-cut marvels, and motion-inspired installations. An interactive playground, where he balances between architecture and nature, and stillness and motion.

Johan Moorman (1979) lives and works in Eindhoven, and started his career as a graffiti artist. As a graphic designer, illustrator and artist, his work is undeniably anti-design, yet elegant in color, lines and design language.
