A showcase of tomorrow’s Dutch Design

The exhibition “Driven by Purpose” will bring together 20 diverse studios across various disciplines, offering a snapshot of Dutch design at its finest. The exhibition features all the creative minds from the 2024 cohort of Driving Dutch Design (DDD). DDD is a professionalization and networking program for ambitious designers, co-organized by BNO, the Dutch Design Foundation, and Stichting Stokroos. 

While the participants come from different stages in their careers and represent a wide range of design fields, they share one unifying trait: a passion for their craft and a drive to make the world a better place.

The exhibition is more than just a display of works; it’s a testament to the power of collective effort. Visitors will experience firsthand how fruitful a shared program can be, as many new initiatives and products are born from this collaboration and will be launched at the DDW.

In a time when individualism appears to dominate, Driven by Purpose is a hopeful reminder of the strength found in working together. This powerful collective approach showcases the creativity and potential of Dutch design, demonstrating that collaboration is the key to creating a meaningful and impactful future.

Mark your calendars for the DDW (UN) OFFICIAL OPENING on Wednesday, October 23, starting at 18:00. This exciting event will include live performances, featuring local talent from Eindhoven’s underground music scene.
