UNCHAINED MELODY / EAST ERIC
9, 10 en 11 december zal East Eric zijn borduurkunst voor het eerst voor een groot publiek tentoonstellen tijdens zijn solo-expositie Unchained Melody bij HouseWest_ & KEVN in Eindhoven (NL).
Hij zal veel nieuw werk brengen. Daarom hadden we twee ruimtes nodig!
We zullen veel van zijn borduurkunst laten zien. In HouseWest_ zal de focus liggen op borduurkunst op tweedehands kleding en kleinere stoffen. In Kelderman vind je grotere borduursels en enkele van zijn klassieke borduurkunst op plastic zakken. East Eric zal ook een muurschildering maken in een van de ruimtes bij Kelderman. Er zijn nog enkele werken en kleding beschikbaar dus kom gerust eens kijken.
Tijdens dit weekend presenteren we ook het lopende project 35DICKS.
Op vrijdag 9 december lanceren we tijdens de opening in HouseWest_ een speciaal kunstwerk/publicatie over de 35DICKS-interventie in Ljubljana (SLO) We zullen ook enkele limited edition 35DICKS shirts en sieraden uitbrengen!
9, 10 and 11 December East Eric will exhibited his embroidery art for the first time for a large audience during his solo exhibition Unchained Melody at HouseWest_ & KEVN in Eindhoven (NL).
He will bring a lot of new work. Thats why we needed two spaces!
We will show a lot of his embroidery art. In HouseWest_ the focus will be on embroidery art on second hand clothing and smaller fabrics. In Kelderman you will find bigger embroideries and some of his classic embroidery art on plastic bags. East Eric will also paint a mural in one of the spaces at Kelderman. There are still some works and clothing available so come and check it out.
During this weekend we will also present the ongoing 35DICKS project.
On Friday December 9, during the opening in HouseWest_ we will launch a special artwork/publication about the 35DICKS intervention done in Ljubljana (SLO)
We will also release some limited edition 35DICKS shirts and jewelry!
